“Blacktail Buck Going to Water”
This scene in the San Juan Mountains of southern Colorado
gave me a lot of things to work with to do a colorful and attractive
watercolor painting. Of course, I added the Blacktail buck. He was brought
down from the Rocky Mountain National Park to help give the painting
some added interest. There were so many things going on in this picture,
I was fortunate to keep it under control.
