“The Houston Chronicle story, PrideRock & Acree”
The Art Colony Assocation, sponsors of the upcoming Bayou
City Art Festival in Downtown Houston (on October 18 and 19, 2008) has
arranged through their Public Relations consultant, Susan Farb Morris,
to request The Houston Chronicle to publish the story of my
drawings of and desire to help support the lions, tigers, cougars and
wolves at
PrideRock Wildlife Refuge, near Terrell, Texas.
In today's issue of The Houston Chronicle, that story is published as
written by Lana Berkowitz. She has done a superb job in writing this
story.
Below are links to Bayou City Art Festival, PrideRock Wildlife Refuge,
The Houston Chronicle website PetsHouston.com and my website.

I truly hope that the real benefactors for this publicity are Pharaoh, Zoe, Sinbad,
Jake, Gabriel, Niki, Nallah, Nia, Kelly, Golden, Mia, Kiesha, Cherokee, Kelsey,
Chelsea, Katrina, Rambo, Sophia, Casey, Freddy and all the other residents
at PrideRock Wildlife Refuge.
Cheers,
Acree
